I was 143kg when I decided that, not being able to walk up a small flight of stairs without almost collapsing, it was time to do something about it. I started a diet which worked for a bit, but then the weight stopped coming off and I was still 120kg. I then decided to join a gym and that’s where I met Nagi who sorted out a nutrition plan which involved eating 5 to 6 times a day, at first I thought how can this work, but believe me it does. I never felt hungry and then the weight started to drop off again, and with that I started training with Nagi. I have never looked back or felt so good. I now weigh 90kg, which is a total loss of 53 kg, and 30kg of that is down to Nagi’s excellent nutritional advice and training, THANK YOU……
