REHABILITATION THERAPY

Rehabilitation is the process to regain full function after an injury, which it involves restoring strength, flexibility, endurance and power and it is achieved through various exercises and drills.
The objective of a rehabilitation program is to regain pre-injury levels in all aspects of physical fitness. A full rehabilitation and strengthening program is essential to ensure full recovery and in order to prevent re-injuries.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training helps you to provide strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life and sports. You use basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and  gait patterns (walking and running). Functional training will improve your movement proficiency and help you to achieve your goals safely, with good health.

STRENGTH COACHING

Strength and conditioning training is more than just lifting weights, it involves any activity used to enhance and facilitate your fitness and athletic performance, which usually means improving speed, strength and power. Strength and conditioning training will allow you to be fitter, leaner, stronger, more flexible and improve your all round fitness, strengthening body parts and reducing the probability of injuries.
